Specific services provided to a client may be governed by a separate proposal, engagement letter, master services agreement, statement of work or other written agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separately executed agreement governing services provided by NeoSolstice to a client, the separately executed agreement will control with respect to those services.

  • a regulator, auditor or other third party will accept a particular approach;

  • a client will achieve or maintain compliance with every applicable requirement;

  • a certification, authorization or regulatory approval will be obtained;

  • a technology solution will be uninterrupted or error-free; or

  • adoption of information on the Website will produce a specific business, financial, technical or regulatory outcome.

 

5. No Investment Recommendation

References on the Website to FinTech companies, financial institutions, startups, private equity, investors, technologies, business opportunities or industries are not recommendations or solicitations to purchase, sell, hold or invest in securities, businesses, digital assets, financial products or other investments.
