Application of a particular law depends on the circumstances, including your location, the nature of our relationship with you, and the scope of NeoSolstice’s activities.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information NeoSolstice collects in connection with:

This Privacy Policy does not necessarily govern information that NeoSolstice processes solely on behalf of a client under a separate services agreement, data-processing agreement or similar contractual arrangement. In those circumstances, the relevant client may act as the controller or organization responsible for the information and NeoSolstice may act as a service provider or processor.
